I have received consistently great service from PC House Calls since moving to the Cape last September and setting up a home office. I've had some growing pains, not being a very computer savvy person, but PC has expertly guided me through all, including a fried motherboard. I can't say enough about Andy who is very knowledgeable and resourceful and saved all my data and transferred it to my new computer to keep me up and running. PC, through owner Kevin, has been very responsive whenever I need them. I recommend them without reservation.

OK, THREE times now, Kevin and Patrick have fixed my computer very quickly -- by phone -- WITHOUT charge, and without any fuss. Compare this to unhooking your computer, putting it in the car, driving somewhere, parking, and THEN probably leaving it there overnight or longer! They are VERY knowledgeable, AND pleasant, AND charge moderately. Doesn't THAT sound unlikely, when thinking about all your business experiences these days? So: if or when you have a computer problem, I am happy to suggest calling these guys.

I have a Microsoft Surface Laptop where my screen went completely dead and had no way to trouble shoot the hardware as there was no screen to view. I called my corporate helpdesk and they could not resolve for me - so I had to look for support locally to help me resolve. Called PC House Calls, and spoke to Kevin and within 5 minutes, I was up and running again! He understood just what my issue was and how to fix it quickly. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I thought this place was the most affordable and most accessible house call computer servicing place around. Not only did they fix my computer in short order but also gave me free software. I got a free virus protection software installation and libre' which is akin to Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint. They also hooked up my wireless printer. And recently was having some wifi access problems that Kevin was kind enough to walk me though and resolve at absolutely no charge. I can say with an absolutely clear conscience. They are now and always going to be my tech support and repair go to, place. Thank you fellas !!!

I needed help setting up a new computer and wanted to try a local company. When the man answered the call on the second ring I was so surprised I had to ask if I was talking to a human being or a machine. He sent out an IT specialist the very next day. I only needed a little technical assistance, but this person made sure that EVERYTHING was in perfect working order. I feel he went way above and beyond what I expected. His enthusiasm and energy was very refreshing. I don't know anything about computers, but he answered all of my questions so respectfully, I felt like I was part of "the team". I am so grateful that this old fashioned service still exists.

I have used PC House Calls three times now. Very good. Kevin is the owner's son and knows his stuff. Well worth the money. I bought a new computer and it has been challenging to move my files and get it set up correctly. He fixes it remotely and shows me what he is doing. They have saved me many hours of frustration
